Product Review ~ HealthyWiser pH Alkaline Booster Drops

As most of you know I am on a serious health kick, trying to do better physically and mentally. Last week I had the opportunity to try out HealthyWiser's pH strips, which I thoroughly enjoyed finding out my favorite drinks and foods degree of alkalinity. 

In this journey to make my body more alkaline I have now incorporated HealthyWiser's pH Alkaline Booster Drops. These drops are completely tasteless, which I love. I can add them to my water and tea and raise the pH level in help to make the beverage more alkaline. I have been doing this to my water mainly, adding 6 drops per 8oz. According to the instructions, I do not exceed 4 cups (with drops). I still get my whole gallon of water in a day but of that gallon only 4 cups have the alkaline drops in it.

It's my hopes to continue to monitor my pH level as I have learned a more alkaline body is a healthier body. My goal is to continue to listen to my body, watch my nutrition, watch my pH levels with the help of HealthyWiser products, and continue to exercise. The ultimate goal is to be in the best shape and healthy as I possibly 

can. Overall, I give HealthyWiser’s Alkaline Booster drops a 5 out 5 stars. They are easy to use, just 6 drops per 8 oz of water or tea. It’s completely tasteless so you are not jacking up your perfectly brewed/steeped tea.

Product Review ~ HealthyWiser pH Test Strips 120 ct

2018 is my year to get healthier and focus more on me. I have been reading up on becoming more alkaline and in so doing it not only assists in losing weight but also helps the immune system as well. 

This flu season alone has me using over my quota of hand sanitizer, washing my hands more and protecting my body on the outside. But I did not stop to think that there are also some things that can help me protect my immune system and weight loss from the inside out. 

HealthyWiser pH Health test strips monitor how alkaline or acidic your body is. This test can be done using saliva or urine. After eating or drinking, you can test how that particular product will affect your body. Your body functions better when it is chemically balanced.

With this test strip, I was able to monitor how different waters showed up on the spectrum. I tested tap water straight from the faucet, filtered water from Publix, and finally filtered water from my SOMA water filter. Results -  none of the waters were alkaline. 

 


Pros: The HealthyWiser strips are so easy to use. The instructions are included in the box as well as the legend printed on the back of the container. The legend is super clear to understand. I just placed the strip next to the legend and moved it over to the correct color codes to determine the pH level. I give this product a 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend it to others.

Cons: There aren't really any cons other than a personal preference of wanting the full instructions on how to use the strips to be on the plastic casing.
