Foxbrim's Natural Refresh Toner does the job. I tested it out consistently for 7 days, implementing it into my nightly routine. The toner has a light smell, it gives the skin a "breezy" feeling. It also does not leave a residue on the skin as well, which in my opinion is a great plus. It does not sting as some of the other toners that tend to do. Foxbrim still gives you the refreshed feeling but with no burn, or harsh chemicals that could irritate the skin.
