The Yacon Root Syrup, upon purchasing this I didn't know what to try it on first. I simply decided let's have tea. So I brewed a simple passion fruit mango green tea and instead of adding honey as I usually do I added the Yacon syrup. Surprisingly it actually works in the tea quite well. I have been using it as a sweetener substitute for any thing that just needs a small drop of sweetening.
