Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask is ultra comfortable and surprisingly fits my head. I especially liked how it conforms to the nose and it doesn't just sit on your eyes. There are little cut out cushion space, other masks touch right on your eyelashes and this Bedtime Bliss mask does not do that. I'm a light sleeper and if I feel as though the mask keeps brushing up against my lashes I will wake up. This mask keeps out all of the light and the fabric is light (in weight) and breathable. Breathable being the key word; no one wants to feel as though their eye area is sweating when they are trying to get some shut eye. I have been using this consistently when trying to get some sleep midway through the day when it's extremely bright outside.
