THERA Pearl Back Wrap

The THERA Pearl Back Wrap surprised me.  I have used a few different types of heating pads, strips and even hot towel treatments to relieve sore muscles after a work out.  What surprised me the most was how long the back wrap retained heat. The flexibility of the of the three sections allows the wrap to conform to your body.  Although I did not test this feature out, I do see how this could be a good asset to assist with abdominal cramps. The black velcro strap is quite sturdy and holds the pack in place.  I fully endorse this product. You will wish you had a wrap when you are in discomfort, sore from a good day's exercise routine or miserable from pain.  This wrap functions well to soothe sore back muscles when warm and reduce swelling when need cold.

Sometimes your body craves a good cup....of Caramel Matchaccino

Wow this caramel Matchaccino is amazing.  I can't drink it will normal milk being lactose intolerant. But when I mixed this will some Light Silk Almond Milk (Vanilla)....AMAZING.  it has a light sweat taste with a caramel goodness hinted.  I blended it in ice per instructions and I must say it was a great cup of frozen Matchaccino
