MOREI Washing Machine Cleaner Descaler Balls ~ Product Review

 In need of a cleaning, I picked up this product to assist in cleaning my washer and making it smell fresh. The amazon product came promptly and was easy to use. I placed 1 ball in an empty washer and put the washer on the drum cleaner setting. 

There are a total of 6 descaler balls included in the package. Per the company this cleaner/ball is eco-friendly, with zero waste, and can be used on any washer machine. I used it on my HE front load washer; it was time to try something. It had started to have a slightly sour smell to it.

Pros:

• The drum smelled clean
• The product removed a good amount of the stuck-on stains and debris (in its defense it was over 8 years of no cleaning)

Cons: 

• The product did not completely remove the stains, but I believed it softened them up a little
• I had to use quite a bit of elbow grease and cleanser to remove the remaining stains

While I don’t think this product is a great deep cleaner I would definitely use it in between deep cleanings as a maintenance product.

Fruit of Spirit ~ Superfood Immune Support Powder ~ Product Review

Well I tried something new and truthfully it didn't taste half bad and it's good for me. I got the opportunity to taste Fruit of Spirit's Superfood Immune Support Powder. While trying to do better while under quarantine, time's are definitely hard. I have cut down on eating out as much and started living a pescatarian lifestyle. Long story short, it started via prompt from my brother and for the most part I have been doing great. I love fish and seafood in general but early on I noticed what I lacked were vegetables. Now when it comes to vegetables I am very picky and I know I don't get enough servings in per day. I was looking for a way to get my vegetables, vitamins, and nutrients in that didn't sacrifice taste.

Fruit of Spirit's Superfood Immune Support Powder is literally veggies in a glass. Now when I first tasted this, I mixed it with plain water; no added sugars or sweeteners. I did add ice, it just felt right. It didn't taste half bad. Most green/vegetable based powders taste like grass. This one fortunately does not. It has a slight earthy taste with a fruitiness kick at the end. 

I did try a scoop of this mixture with orange juice and that was not the business at all. 

The perfect cup for me was peach ginger green tea, one scoop of powder, and lots of ice. The most refreshing nonalcoholic drink of the summer. It was really good and I got a serving of vegetables down.

It has quite a few vitamins in it, including but not limited to Vitamin A and B12. That energy boost of that B12 is always needed (trying to cut back slightly on my caffeine intake). This powder is low carb, with around about 5g per serving.

TYOU Stainless Steel Can Opener ~ Product Review

TYOU Can Opener

There are some kitchen gadgets and tools that one just can't live without and take for granted. The can opener is definitely one of them. I for one misplace mine all the time and don't really think about it until I have can of pineapples, spaghetti, or Rotel that needs my immediate attention.

I was provided the opportunity to try out the TYOU Stainless Steel Can Opener and I love it. The grip is nice and oversized so I really feel as though the can won't accidentally tip over or slip. The extra sharp cutting wheel allows for me to open the can in one pass; no having to go back and re-cut to open.

I cannot emphasis how comfortable the ergonomic handle is and how easy it is to turn the wheel. The stainless steel blade almost cuts the can tops like butter (LOL). While I normally shy away from putting my steel utensils and pots in the dishwarsher; TYOU states that this can opener is safe to wash in the dishwasher. I personally wouldn't leave it sitting in water.

Besti 200 Lumens CREE LED Headlamp ~ Product Review

Besti 200 Lumens CREE LED Headlamp has 5 lighting modes and both red/white lights. First, I was really surprised that this unit fit my head with all this hair. The thick band is easy to install into the light and has a real good stretch to it.

Now what I found was important about the band is that while it stretches and get over my head and big forehead, it snaps back quickly and does not cause headaches after wearing for a long period of time (2 plus hours).

The white light is really bright and provides adequate light for any project you need. I did not really have a need for the red lights that are on the unit, but they are subtle and noticeable when flashing. 

Bonus twice it comes with 3 AAA batteries and the fact that companies are still including batteries is always a plus. It was fun to use and easy as well. Lighting up projects from here to beyond 😊

ICOCO 3D Luna Lamp ~ Product Review

ICOCO 3D Luna Moon Light/Lamp. This small lamp is about the size of two softballs. It is perfect for a dorm room gift for that graduating high school senior. It was so easy to put together. I just charged the ball with the micro USB charger provided. It was fully charged in a little over an hour (it also was low on battery life/partially charged upon opening the box).

Providing eight different colors the ICOCO lamp has a tap control LED Light, this small lamp gives you options. If you wish to be rainbow bright like me it does not disappoint. Upon charging it fully I let it run for 2 hours straight let it light my room with different colors. I am not a flashy or bright person in general. My clothes are closer to the nature colors, blacks, blues and such. But when I decorate a room or a space it must come alive with color.
